Causes of Knee Pain

Treatment would involve reducing joint inflammation and reducing pain by avoiding aggravating factors, using a support, and using ice to reduce inflammation, muscle spasm and pain. Specific chiropractic manipulation and mobilisation techniques can then be used to areas of restricted movement in the knee and surrounding joints, to increase movement and improve function as well as reduce pain.
